Service Description

A deep spiritual cleanse to help clear your mind and focus your energy… With 9+ years of meditation, yoga, and mindfulness experience, Empowerment Coach Jasmine will lead you through a personally curated 1:1 mini retreat just for you and your healing. Before our session begins, I'll learn more about you, your goals, and any perceived blockages you may be currently experiencing. I will then support you in raising your emotional awareness and cognitive consciousness through a unique blend of energy alchemy tools. Expect a day filled with presence, breakthroughs, empowerment, and profound transformation. Your tentative schedule for the day: + Arrival and sage smudge of your space (30 mins) + Guided meditation + tea ceremony (30 mins) + Birth chart reading + crystal healing (90 mins) + Local, nutritious, plant-based lunch (75 mins) + Empowerment coaching session (75 mins) + Closing affirmations and next steps (15 mins) We’ll conclude our time together with a personalized mantra to aid your alignment. Mantras are an instrument of the mind that can be used to enter a deep state of meditation (“man” - mind; “tra” - transport or vehicle). This is absolutely the reset you’ve been searching for! Please note: this activity requires sitting/ laying on the ground for up to an hour. Blankets will be provided for your convenience. To avoid any reactions to oils or incense, please communicate any known allergies prior to our session.
