Hi, Lovely! I’m thrilled you’re here. As your coach, my intent is to fully support you in your most authentic self-expression. I love watching you step into your power. My ultimate dream is for YOU to be able to live your dream. I do this through a variety of methods and healing modalities with critical knowledge from trauma-informed teachings and lived experiences. During our time together, we may discuss astrology, states of consciousness, chakra energy centers, personality patterns, childhood and/ or generational trauma, emotional self-mastery, climate emotions, and plant medicine. Together, we will strategically identify holistic approaches to intentionally create space for you to manifest your current goals and wildest dreams. We will integrate mindfulness, emotional freedom, and positive reframing practices to heighten awareness of your life experience and reduce roadblocks to easily serve your purpose. Prior to our meeting, I will have already reviewed your intake form, providing a bit of insight into your current circumstances. Depending on your specific aspirations, you may receive dedicated guidance around any of the following: + living in authentic alignment + forging loving, honest relationships + establishing respectful boundaries + focusing energy to achieve meaningful goals + advocating for yourself + others + expressing your voice as a justice activist + creating a financial abundance mindset + taking direct action to manifest your dreams At the conclusion of our meeting, I spend an additional 1-2 hours intentionally developing your fully customized Liberation Action PlanTM, equipping you with: 🌍 Self-healing resources for your unique Earth experience 🌱 A personalized action item for the week 💚 A custom mantra to support your liberation + alignment Remember, while it is a collective fight, our freedom starts from within.
