Hi, Lovely! I’m thrilled you’re here. As your coach, my intent is to fully support you in your most authentic self-expression. I love watching you step into your power. My ultimate dream is for YOU to be able to live your dream. I do this through a variety of methods and healing modalities with critical knowledge from trauma-informed teachings and lived experiences. During our time together, we may discuss astrology, states of consciousness, chakra energy centers, personality patterns, human design, childhood and/ or generational trauma, emotional self-mastery, climate emotions, and plant medicine. Together, we strategically identify holistic approaches to create space for you to manifest your current goals and wildest dreams. I integrate mindfulness, emotional freedom, and positive reframing practices to heighten awareness of your life experience and reduce roadblocks to easily serve your purpose.
